Regions

SEAOTTER is hosted on Google Cloud. The control plane (API + database) and the live agent data plane both run in Iowa (us-central1).

When you create an agent, it is provisioned in the region you select. Today only Iowa is available.

Coming soon

These GCP regions appear in the catalog as Coming soon until a data-plane cluster is online:

• South Carolina (us-east1)
• Belgium (europe-west1)
• Singapore (asia-southeast1)

AWS and Azure are placeholders in the cloud picker — not live partners yet.

What this is not

• Not active-active multi-region HA for a single agent
• Not automated failover of the control plane out of us-central1
